What this site is
An information site about the studio and its services. Nothing is booked or sold online: appointments are made by phone, email or at the studio.
Information about treatments
Treatment descriptions are general information and are not medical advice or a diagnosis.
Results vary from person to person — they depend on skin type, age, lifestyle and the number of sessions. We do not guarantee a specific result.
Every treatment starts with an assessment and a check for contraindications. For your safety, tell us about pregnancy or breastfeeding, medication, allergies, a pacemaker or metal implants, and any skin or chronic conditions. If a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you — and, where needed, suggest you speak to a doctor first.
Prices
You are told the price of every service before the treatment starts, and it includes VAT. There are no hidden or extra charges: if anything extra comes up (e.g. nail art on top of gel polish), we tell you and you approve it before it is done.
A receipt is issued for every payment.
Minors
Services for minors (under 18) are provided only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must be present at the first visit.
Copyright and licences
- Text, logo and studio photographs belong to Penelope's Beauty. Please do not republish them without permission.
- Some service images (anti-ageing, pigmentation, acne, make-up, lymphatic drainage) are illustrative photos from Unsplash, used under the Unsplash License — they do not show our clients.
- The photos on the Nails page under “From the studio” are real work from the studio.
- Fonts: EB Garamond and Manrope, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Device and technology names (e.g. HydraFacial, EMSculpt, Dermapen) belong to their manufacturers and are used only to describe our equipment.
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but there may be mistakes or changes (e.g. to opening hours). For anything important, please confirm it with us by phone.
Governing law and disputes
Greek law applies. If you have a complaint, talk to us first — we resolve most things straight away. As a consumer you can also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court resolution.
