Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle massage that encourages the natural drainage of lymph. It helps with detoxification, fluid retention and the body's defences.

The lymphatic system removes fluid and waste from the tissues. Unlike the circulatory system it has no pump of its own — it moves through muscle activity and breathing. When those decrease, the flow slows and fluid retention appears.
The massage is deliberately very gentle: it follows the direction of lymphatic flow towards the lymph nodes. It is not a deep-tissue massage and it should not hurt.
It accompanies Med Contour
Every Med Contour session ends with lymphatic drainage. Cavitation breaks down the fat cells and their contents have to leave the body — drainage is exactly what helps with that.
Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
No. It is one of the gentlest massage techniques — the pressure is light because the lymph vessels sit close to the surface.
Is there any reason not to have it?
Yes, in certain health conditions. Tell us your history before the first session and, if needed, we will refer you to your doctor.
